Amogh is a partner with Singh’s Law Office and a practicing advocate in the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. Amogh has over 20 years of experience in corporate working with multi-nationals, and has been instrumental in advicing companies in their legal affairs including negotiations, contract drafting, Notices and replies, MoU, compliance audits and liasoning with government agencies where his work has been appreciated. He has exceptional skills in dealing with litigation and corporate advisory which inter-alia includes laws relating to Contract, Services, Employment, Real Estate, IPR and IB. Amogh also reviews petitions and argues matters before the aforementioned Courts and prepares briefs in various high profile matters.
Amogh has acquired double bachelor’s in Information Technology and Law and has a master’s degree in BA. He has also acquired certificates from Microsoft, PMP, ISO and SixSigma among others, aligning his experience to the international standards of corporate work culture. He is also a very good presenter and has been sought after in various board room discussions and negotiations.
Amogh's experience in corporate work culture, liasoning, regulatory adherence and compliances, contract auditing and review has been making invaluable contribution. He is pursuing his passion and interest in legal and advocacy and brings with him the experience and knowledge of corporate and judiciary work culture that is rare if not unmatched. Amogh has appeared for Bank’s in upholding the LOC against international loan defaulters and extensively worked in legal advisory and compliance audits for company in domain of Climate Technology and Health Care.
In personal life, Amogh prefers a health consious disciplined life and loves to spent time in long walk which is his way of meditation. He takes keen interest in Technology and Media services, IPR, Management Practices, International Law and its Impact to India and is passionate about subject of Social Justice and Human Rights.
